-The period allowed to return products is seven days from the date of receipt of the order.

-The amount is transferred to the customer’s account within 3-5 working days from the date the product is received by the shipping company.

-Orders from outside KUWAIT are not returnable

Delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service in exchange for receiving the order and paying on time. When the product arrives and there is a desire to return, it is deducted for the customer to benefit from it.
